Shipping & Returns
We aim to have your in stock items despatched within 3-5 working days of receiving your order.
In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you by email to let you know. In busy periods and public holidays please allow up to 7 days.
Large furniture items will be 1-3 weeks with a specialist courier.
Please ensure you enter your address & postcode correctly, as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect information. Please also include a telephone number as this will enable our courier service to contact you and update you on your delivery and reschedule if necessary.

Should you place an order for a "pre-order" item, any items placed within the same order will be sent when your full order is available. Expected dates of 'Pre Order' items are an estimate and are not guaranteed. If you would like any "in stock" items to be sent out immediately an additional postage charge will apply. Just contact us to make the request.
Some items will have a slightly longer lead time if they are currently 'out of stock' and on 'pre-order.'
If this is the case, this will be included in the product description.
We take pride in sourcing items that are unique and from around the globe, on occasions this means items have been hand finished, therefore not mass produced or identical. So ceramics may well differ from piece to piece, this is the way they are intended to be.
We take care to ensure our products descriptions are correct, however whilst the colour reproduction of the products is a close representative, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in the colour caused by the browser software or the computer system you use.
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and do not dispose of the damaged item.
Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim.
For all damaged or faulty items requiring a refund, the full cost of your order including postage will be refunded.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We hope that you're delighted with your 'Will & Bell' purchase but if you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your email request for a return. Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with it's original packaging.
We will not be able to refund any postage charges. Postage for returned items is at your own cost.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced.
When booking your own postage. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit. (We advise on taking out additional postage insurance with your provider when sending returned items).
Once we have received your return items we will process your refund minus the original postage cost and any courier charges.
We are an environmentally conscious business so it may be that your order won't be packed using a brand new box. However, all 'recycled' packaging will be fit for purpose and in good condition and the goods inside will still be just as beautiful! We must protect our environment as much as we can.
